About Us
The Village rests on 40.000 sq m of land. Divided into 3 different areas the Village includes a welcome & reception area either for guests and residents, parking faciliteis for motorcycles and cars, the central large swimming pool with kids facilities and one more swimming pool for a Villas' area with a big solarium, the main restaurant, night pub pizzeria with real pizza oven building with a modern well-equipped and snack bar in the game room. Fitness center with a saloon and barber shop and the massage center.
There is also a Shopping plaza with a european supermarket, a Dive & Kite center school and other generic shops with a big parking for car and bus.
A large tropical garden with pathways leading in every direction together with a Sport and Entertainment area separate the Resort from the Residential Villas.
HOLIDAY VILLAS
The Residential part of the Armonia Village about 17.000 square meters consists of various types of villas:

- 29 Villas two bedrooms
- 10 Villas three bedrooms
All villas have private garden, terrace, kitchen, living room, dining table, double bed or twin beds, private bathroom with shower and hot water. The Villas have many accessories like as LCD TV color , air conditioning, boiler for tea and coffee, cookware and flatware, wifi internet and all the comforts to make you feel at home.
All villas are built with quality materials starting from the foundations of reinforced concrete piles 9 meter long planted up to 10 meter deep under ground, below on a plinth which is constructed from a cubic meter of concrete from where the backbone of the house start.
All the houses are raised off the ground, as an "ancient art of Thai construction stilts" for a fresh and healthy respiration of the house. The walls are made of baked bricks, even the roof tiles made of cement according to ancient Thai technique, it is ventilated and makes the house cool.
The whole electrical part is placed within the walls according to all European standards. The windows are made of teak wood and the floor is porcelain tile wooden color.
We mixed the ancient Thai technique with all the new European technology.
All villas are protected by the security service and are entitled to access all the services of the village like as the two swimming pools, tennis court, beach volley, bowls field , game room with table tennis, fitness center, massage, 3 restaurants and much more.
